Well, even if I wasn't a guru admin, I'd have a good feeling about getting accepted. If they choose me, I hope they accept me because of my application, not because of my status on an elite fansite. Regardless, if they pick me, I won't care why they did.

background checks on character's in-game achievements/history? i haven't been banned, so my criminal record is clean! but for reals though, what about those that play multiple characters or are constantly re-rolling pvp characters?

Is there somewhere that explains what being part of this test krewe entails? Like how much time it would require, what days, blocks of time, etc. The application is pretty vague regarding this information and I don't know if there's more listed about it somewhere else.

or a way of authentication saying who you think your are, i suppose someone could submit a horrible application as someone else? haha then again this information could be found on their personal wiki page. Nah' i dont mean that ...

I hope criminal records if counted are looked into because i had a problem with a bank and got temporary banned for payment fraud then reset back the next day once i explained my situation.

Now I'm getting a little worried about that!

My account is 49 months old, oldest character is 48 months old (tried out my first char and decided it was not the profession for me at first) and the only record I have on me was being banned due to someone trying to hijack my account. I got my account back and changed my pw while I was waiting for their response. I hope this doesn't go against me in their decision on accepting my application or not. If my experience will be overlooked due to the one ban I got recently, I will be sad but, either way, good luck to everyone who applied!

Think of it as GW2...we won't probably won't know anything until after it's released.

And I submitted...tried to keep my application short. :\

Doubt I'd get in either way though

good point. i can see someone being accepted as a member of the team, but due to lack of prior information are unable to fulfill the required responsibilities and end up leaving or simply not participating. it'll be a shame if this falls through due to bad application/selection processes. it is especially bad during this time due to the new school year starting soon.

Yeah, I had the same problem when my answer to what can you bring to the live krewe was 3,000 characters.
